muschiosauro This seriously awesome album sounds like if, in a not-too-distant future, the Klingons tried to fathom how rock sounded in 21st century planet Earth. Wrathful drumming, incandescent vocals, angular riffing, oblique basslines, punitive bursts of sudden fury; but under this mighty, spiked armor lies a heart - a Klingon heart, sure, but still a warm, pulsating heart. Favorite track: The Wrecking Ball Unchained.

Sofia Krolik This album is unique, experimental and heavy, yet strangely melodic.

Andrew Portiss It's always nice when a full length lives up to the hype that the EP set in motion last year. Spastic riffing that bridges the gap between metal, punk and Dillinger-esqe craziness. And the vocals absolutely soar! Favorite track: Fear Yourself.
William Aaron Stewart

William Aaron Stewart Pretty fucking killer. Some of the guitar playing is akin to elemental forces on this. I love this band I was still pleasantly surprised by how strong this is. Favorite track: Blood Maker.

Matthias More Alternative Metal/Prog Onslaught by one of my favorite Bands on bandcamp.com. Reminds of very early Muse with big hairy balls. They got more ideas in one song, then other bands in complete albums. There is so much to discover and mosh to I could cry :-) This album will be on repeat for a long time. Favorite track: Shadow Deserts.

about

Wild Throne Bellingham, Washington

The volume and brutality of heavy metal, compositional elements of prog rock, atypical time signatures of math rock, along with things not normally found in those genres such as strong melodies, a touch of psychedelia and some old-fashioned, straight-ahead rock ’n’ roll, along with impeccable musicianship, and meld them into a big, multi-layered, many-faceted sound that is completely their own. ... more
